We’re pleased to introduce Customer Facing Display App – another step forward into improved communication with the Customer.
It’s an Activate integrated app, enables to stream over bluetooth items added to cart by the employee and total order value. Not only the customer sees the transaction process going on the screen, he also takes part in it.
- All ordered products selected by the employee are instantly visible on the screen facing the client.
- The app allows to choose a tip amount and sign the transaction directly on the screen
In the Activate left menu a new position is visible – Screens. Enables initiation of bluetooth connection between employee screen and another – client oriented. Available screens / iPads with bluetooth switched on are shown. Click on the particular device to pair.
Now, while collecting items, employee screen is redirected the other, customer faced screen. Every cart edition is visible.
Employee supervises the purchase process, but the customer confirms it with signature, chooses tip amount and receipt option (text/e-mail/print). After a successful transaction Order ID is generated.
